Art. 53 Law on Administrative Procedure (LAP), March 18, 2025 - Hearing — Hearing
1. The authority or the person responsible for the investigation requests the witness to state their identity as well as their connections with the parties and informs him or her about Article 45.
2. He or she is informed about the consequences of giving false testimony and is asked relevant questions for the establishment of facts.
3. The parties may, with the approval of the authority or the person responsible for the investigation, ask additional questions.
