Art. 30 Administrative Procedure Act (APA), March 18, 2025 - Notification by the Authority — Notification by the Authority
In the case of using an electronic means of communication, a communication is deemed to be notified at the time of the first consultation, as indicated on the consultation receipt, but no later than the end of the seventh day following transmission to the recipient's address, as indicated on the non-consultation receipt.
