Art. 21 Administrative Procedure Act (APA), of March 18, 2025 - Referral — Referral

1. The authority grants an additional period to the party whose acts are unclear, incomplete, contrary to public decency or inappropriate, unsigned, or not drafted in French, in order for them to be corrected.

2. If the act is not corrected within the period set by the authority, it is deemed not filed.
