Art. 2 Law on Administrative Procedure (LAP), of March 18, 2025 - Administrative Authorities

Are deemed administrative authorities

a) the Council of State, the departments, the chancellery, and the administrative units subordinate to them;

b) the administrative commission of the judicial authorities and its general secretariat;

c) the communal authorities and the institutions dependent on them;

d) the corporations and establishments of public law;

e) the persons and organizations vested with the power to make decisions based on public law.
