Art. 18 Cantonal Statistics Act (LStat), of January 25, 2011 - Participation of Third Parties — Participation of Third Parties
1 When entities subject to this law request third-party statistical activities, the parties shall contractually stipulate compliance with the fundamental principles outlined in Articles 5 to 8 of this law, including the guarantee of data protection and statistical confidentiality.
2. The parties shall agree on any potential remuneration.
