Art. 5 Agreement on the Execution of Administrative Detention Regarding Foreign Nationals (CEDA) of July 4, 1996 · Responsibilities
1 The Concordat Commission is tasked with
a) studying the issues submitted to it by the Conference, its secretariat, or one of its own members;
b) submitting to the Conference, through its chairman, any useful proposals for the implementation of the concordat.
