1. Upon his arrival at the facility, the inmate is informed in a language he understands about the rights and obligations stemming from the facility's regulations, as well as the conditions of detention. A list of support services and legal aid offices is provided to him.
2. The administration offers the inmate the option to notify a person of his choice, residing in Switzerland, of his detention.
