Art. 12 Concordat on the Execution of Administrative Detention with Respect to Foreigners (CEDA) of July 4, 1996 · Powers
1 The advisory commission is tasked with
a) conducting studies requested by the Conference or its secretary;
b) submitting to the Conference, via its secretary, or to the concordat commission, through its president or representative, all proposals it deems appropriate.
