§ 99 Act on the Organisation of Courts and Authorities in Civil, Criminal and Administrative Court Proceedings (Judiciary Act, JusG) (Justizgesetz, JusG) - Costs in Supervisory Complaints

1. The provisions regarding cost regulation in the Civil Procedure Code (ZPO) also apply to proceedings before the Cantonal Court as a supervisory authority.

2. Anyone who limits themselves to merely filing a report is not liable for costs.
