**1. The Division President**
The Division President or the Division Vice President holds the chairmanship in the division and oversees the proceedings. He or she is responsible for the explanation or correction of a decision made by the division.
2. The procedural management is specifically responsible for
a. Interventions (Art. 73 et seq. CCP),
b. Third-party notices (Art. 82 CCP),
c. Security payments (Art. 99 CCP),
d. Legal aid (Art. 117 et seq. CCP),
e. The restoration of deadlines (Art. 148 f. CCP),
f. Exemption from costs in mediations concerning child-related matters (Art. 218 para. 2 CCP),
g. Correction of records (Art. 235 para. 3 CCP).
3. The Division Presidents may delegate their tasks in individual cases to a judge as the presiding member.
