§ 13a Introductory Act to the Swiss Civil Code (EGZGB) - Measures of the Police

1. The police may expel a person from the shared residence and its immediate vicinity and prohibit them from entering it for up to 20 days if they seriously endanger another person or threaten serious danger.

2. The expulsion and prohibition of entry may apply to other specifically designated locations, particularly the workplace or educational institution of the endangered person.
