Art. 38 Ordinance on the Implementation of the Law on Political Rights

1 If the sixtieth day of the referendum period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday, the period shall be extended until the next working day.

2 The period is considered to be observed if the lists of signatures or the requests from the municipalities are submitted to the State Chancellery on that day before 6 p.m.
