Statutory Text (3 Provisions)
The officer responsible for maintaining the register of acts of origin has the option to record these acts by hand or using a typewriter, provided that a high-quality ribbon, soaked with non-bleeding black ink, is utilized.
If municipalities have staff with beautiful, legible handwriting and wish to maintain the acts of origin as prestigious documents, it is recommended that these acts be recorded by hand as in the past.
The Communal Service may authorize communes that request it to maintain the register of acts of origin in the form of duplicates of these acts, using sheets supplied by the State Chancellery for this purpose. Such authorization is valid as long as the introduced innovation ensures perfect and well-organized preservation of the aforementioned sheets.
The Government sets the date for the entry into force of this ordinance.
