Art. 46 Decree on the Admission to Communal and Cantonal Citizenship Rights and the Release from the Bonds of Such Citizenship Rights

The release of the husband from the bonds of municipal and cantonal citizenship extends its effects to the wife and minor children, unless exceptions are formally stipulated by the Civil Status and Inhabitants Section (art. 10 LDC).

2 The act certifying the release and the notice addressed to the municipality shall mention the effects of this measure (art. 42, para. 1, of this decree).
