Art. 4 GOG - Access to the Central Registry of Persons and Objects — Access to the Central Registry of Persons and Objects

1. The judicial authorities have access to the data they need to fulfill their legal duties.

2. Data access may be conducted through a retrieval procedure.

3. Furthermore, the provisions of the Act on the Residents' Register and other Personal and Object Registers shall apply.
