Art. 116 Judicial Organisation Act (GOG) - Extended Administrative Commission of the Higher Court 1. Responsibilities

1. The Expanded Administrative Commission serves to facilitate the exchange of information between judicial authorities and to ensure adequate involvement of the supervised judicial authorities in matters of judicial oversight.

2. The Supreme Court must present at least the following matters of judicial oversight to the Expanded Administrative Commission for consultation before making a decision

a) Regulations of the Supreme Court concerning matters of judicial oversight;

b) Concepts regarding oversight and controlling;

c) Directives that are directed at all or at specific categories of judicial authorities;

d) Measures for quality assurance;

e) Measures for further education.

3. The Expanded Administrative Commission may issue opinions on the matters presented to it for the attention of the Supreme Court.
