Art. 40 Personnel Ordinance (PV) - Leave of Absence

1. On the recommendation of a physician, the department may, after consulting the PA, grant paid recuperation leave typically for up to two weeks.

2. The same provisions apply to paid recuperation leave prescribed by a physician as to salary payments during illness.
