Art. 35 Personnel Ordinance (PV) - Compensation for Private Service Rooms

1. If private premises are provided for the fulfillment of official duties, the portion of the rent attributable to the premises, along with ancillary costs, will be reimbursed.

2. The compensation for official premises owned by the employee is determined according to local market conditions.

3. Upon request by the office, the PA shall determine the compensation.

4. These provisions do not apply to teaching staff at cantonal schools.
