Art. 82 Act on Political Rights in the Canton of Graubünden (GPR) - Formation

1. The Office of Vital Records verifies whether the signature lists have been submitted in due time and comply with the formal requirements.

2. It determines the total number of valid signatures.

3. Signatures on lists that do not meet the requirements of Article 58, paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 80 or 81, as well as signatures from individuals whose voting rights are non-existent, invalid, or improperly certified, are considered invalid.

4. The Office of Vital Records reports the examination results to the government and submits a request regarding the initiation of the referendum.

5. The government decides on the initiation of the referendum.
