Art. 65 Constitution of the Canton of Grisons - Municipal Autonomy · Municipal Autonomy

1. The autonomy of the municipalities is guaranteed. Its scope is determined by cantonal law.

2. The municipalities are particularly authorized to determine their organization, to appoint their authorities and administration, as well as to independently regulate their financial affairs.
