Art. 62 Constitution of the Canton of Graubünden - Intermunicipal Cooperation · Intermunicipal Cooperation

1. Municipalities may collaborate with other municipalities or organizations to fulfill their duties. The law stipulates that municipalities can be required to enter into cooperation.

2. The law regulates inter-municipal cooperation as well as the outsourcing of tasks, and ensures political participation rights.
