Art. 41 Constitution of the Canton of Graubünden - Secondary Employment and Representation of Interests · Secondary Employment and Representation of Interests

1. Members of the government are prohibited from engaging in any secondary employment.

2. Representation of the canton in the bodies of enterprises or organizations in which the canton holds a stake or supports is permissible with the consent of the government. The law may provide for further exceptions.
