Statutory Text (5 Provisions)
Subject Matter
1. In addition to the statutory provisions, this Ordinance defines the maximum values for flat-rate contributions from public authorities to providers of care services.
Standard Costs
1 The starting point for calculating the childcare costs for a child
during one day is
a. at preschool age CHF 100.—
b. at school age CHF 53.50
Parental Contribution
1 The target amount for the parental contribution per day and child from parents with the lowest income is
a. at pre-school age CHF 20.—
b. at school age CHF 15.—
2 If parents are required to pay contributions for multiple children, a reduced target amount applies.

2. Haben die Eltern für mehrere Kinder Beiträge zu leisten, so wird der Maximalwert um fünf Prozent erhöht.
1. Erhöht sich der Landesindex der Konsumentenpreise um zehn Punkte, kann der Regierungsrat die Pauschalbeiträge in gleichem Umfang erhöhen.
2. Mit Inkrafttreten dieser Verordnung ist der Landesindex der Konsumentenpreise, Basis Dezember 2020, auf dem Stand 104.0 ausgeglichen.
