Marriage and Partnership Brokering with International Connections
1 Licensing Authority for Professional Marriage or Partnership Brokering
involving persons from or to persons from abroad according to Article 10a of the Implementing Act for the Swiss Code of Obligations is the Administrative Police Department.
Beneficiary Institutions
**1** The competent department for the state recognition of a beneficiary institution and the approval of the services of a beneficiary institution pursuant to Article 10b EG OR is the Department of Economic Affairs and Interior.
1. Dem Departement Volkswirtschaft und Inneres obliegt die Aufsicht über das Handelsregister gemäss Artikel 37 Absatz 2 EG OR.
1. Zuständiges Departement für den Vollzug der Gesetzgebung über die Miete und die nichtlandwirtschaftliche Pacht gemäss Artikel 23 Absatz 1 EG OR und Artikel 8 Absatz 4 EG ZPO ist das Departement Volkswirtschaft und Inneres.
Entry into Force, Repeal of Previous Law
1 This Ordinance enters into force retroactively on January 1, 2011.
2 The Ordinance on the Introductory Law to the Code of Obligations and on the
Introductory Law to the Federal Provisions on Lease and Non-Agricultural Tenancy
of March 21, 2006, is hereby repealed.
