1 Savings passbooks of persons under guardianship are to be deposited in the Orphans' Fund; however, the orphan administrations are granted the authority to leave the savings passbook with the guardian, under the responsibility of the guardian and the members of the guardianship authority for any damage. All savings passbooks of persons under guardianship are to be provided with the visa of the orphan administration, through which the savings passbook shall be identifiable as orphan's property.
