Statutory Text (4 Provisions)
1 The Canton of Glarus accedes to the Intercantonal Agreement on Public
Procurement of 15 November 2019.
1. Der Regierungsrat wird ermächtigt

| | | | | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | b. | spätere Anpassungen der Interkantonalen Vereinbarung, soweit sie weniger wichtig sind, zu ratifizieren. | | |
to declare accession to the Intercantonal Agreement on Public Procurement;
to ratify subsequent adjustments to the Intercantonal Agreement, insofar as they are of minor importance.
1 The previous decisions concerning the Canton of Glarus’ accession to the Intercantonal Agreement on Public Procurement may be revoked by the Government Council as soon as all cantons have acceded to the Intercantonal Agreement on Public Procurement of 15 November 2019.
1 Accession to the Intercantonal Agreement on Public Procurement of November 15, 2019, becomes legally binding upon submission of the declaration of accession to the Intercantonal Body.
