Art. 12 Building Regulations of the Municipality of Mollis - Doors, Light Wells

1. For building facades falling under Article 11, gate leaves and main entrance doors must open inwards, as must garden gates located on the property line.

2. Basement light wells in the boundary area are permitted, subject to their later removal at the expense of the constructor.
