Ordinance on the classification of the post of UAS practical training supervisor in the field of care
Statutory Text (5 Provisions)
1. Employees who perform the function of "HES Practical Trainer" receive compensation in addition to the salary for their main function.
2. The compensation is exclusively designated for employees whose main function corresponds to the study field of the respective students and who do not assume any other responsibilities or supervisory tasks within the institution.
1. The compensation amounts to 94.60 francs per supervision week. This corresponds to 3974.40 francs divided by the maximum possible number of supervision weeks per school year (42).
2. Anyone who performs this activity for more than 23 weeks per school year receives a monthly compensation of 331.20 francs for the entire school year.
3. Weeks during which multiple students are supervised simultaneously count double for the calculation of compensation according to paragraphs 1 and 2.
4. The compensation is paid monthly.
1. The compensation corresponds to the index of 109.30 points (May 2000 = 100 points). It is adjusted for inflation and insured with the State Personnel Pension Fund.
