Art. 123 State Personnel Act (LPers) - Right to Consultation and Information

1. The personnel has the right to be consulted and informed in advance about drafts of legislative provisions and generally binding decisions that affect the personnel.

2. The personnel is consulted through the directorates, institutions, and service departments, as well as through the personnel associations.

3. The consultation procedure generally takes place in writing. The period is at least 2 months. However, for periodic measures resulting, for example, from the application of Article 81, the consultation may also take place orally and within a shorter period.
