Ordinance on Representation and Travel Allowances for Prefects - Travel Compensation
Statutory Text (5 Provisions)
1. Senior officials are permitted to use their personal vehicles for official purposes.
2. They receive an annual lump-sum compensation of 6,500 Swiss Francs.
1. The annual representation allowance is determined as follows
a) Sarine District (Chief Administrative Officer and Deputy Chief Administrative Officer): CHF 8550
b) Gruyère District (Chief Administrative Officer and Deputy Chief Administrative Officer): CHF 5560
c) Sense, Lake, Glâne and Broye Districts: CHF 4900
d) Vivisbach District: CHF 4200
2. The President of the Conference of Chief Administrative Officers receives an additional annual allowance of 1500 Swiss Francs.
1. The amounts under Articles 1 and 2 shall be reviewed periodically, at least every two years; in doing so, particular consideration shall be given to the amounts of session allowances which senior officials refund to the state.
1. The Order of December 28, 1981, on the Salaries, Representation, and Travel Allowances of Senior Officials (SGF 122.3.21) is repealed.
1. This regulation shall enter into force on July 1, 2017.
