Art. 66 SVOG · Delegation
1. The State Council may delegate the authority to act on its behalf
a) if the law authorizes it to do so;
b) or if the competencies are neither established in a law nor in a regulation.
2. The directorates may delegate the authority to act on their behalf to the administrative units subordinate to them.
