Art. 55a Act on the Organisation of the State Council and the Administration (LOCEA) - Catalogue of Services

1. The directorates and administrative units shall prepare a catalogue of services and are responsible for its maintenance.

2. The catalogues of services shall be periodically submitted to the State Council for review.

3. The State Council determines the content, form, and procedures for the preparation and maintenance of the catalogue of services. It shall propose changes to the relevant legal provisions to the Grand Council if necessary.
