Art. 31 Act on the Organisation of the State Council and the Administration (LOCEA) - Requests - Council of State Delegations

1. To prepare negotiations and decisions for certain matters, the Council of State may form permanent or temporary delegations consisting of no more than three of its members.

2. The delegations regularly inform the Council of State about the progress of their work; they may submit proposals to it.

3. The Council of State defines their mandate and regulates the procedure.
