Art. 29 SVOG - Applications - In General · In General

1. Generally, the Council of State deliberates on the basis of written requests.

2. Members of the Council of State, as well as the Chancellor for the affairs of the State Chancellery, are entitled to submit requests. Articles 31 paragraph 2 and 61 paragraph 1 letter a are reserved.

3. The requests must be communicated to the members of the Council of State sufficiently in advance of the Council meeting; urgent cases are excepted.
