Art. 21 Act on the Organisation of the State Council and the Administration (LOCEA) - Presidency - Election

1. The President is elected annually by the Grand Council in accordance with the constitution and the legislation on the Grand Council.

2. In the event of an extraordinary vacancy, the election is valid only until the end of the current year; if the presidency lasts less than half a year, re-election is not excluded.
