General Provision

1. This regulation is intended to implement the legislation on political financing.

1. Budgets and Final Accounts Exceeding 10,000 Francs Submitted by Election Candidates Shall Be Published.

1. The State Chancellery shall first publish the budgets for the financing of an election or referendum campaign, the final accounts, as well as the annual accounts of the political organizations that have been submitted within the deadlines in accordance with Article 9 paragraph 1 of the PolFiG.

2. In a second step and at the same time, it shall publish the mentioned documents that were submitted by the end of the additional deadline.

Disclosure of Income of Elected Officials

1. The individuals referred to in Article 10, paragraph 1 of the PolFiG disclose the net income they earn from their mandate and from other related activities.
