Art. 6 Ordinance of November 8, 2023, on Security Controls Related to Persons (SCP) - Verification of Relevance The departments and the Federal Chancellery shall verify the relevance of the lists of positions within their area of competence: a. at least every three years; b. in the event of reorganization or the assumption or transfer of duties. They shall report their verification to the DDPS and, if necessary, submit a request for modification to it in accordance with Art. 4.
