§ 36 Ordinance on Registries and Archiving - Hearing of the Delivering Entity

1. The transferring body, which is consulted by the State Archive before the reduction of retention periods, does not thereby acquire the right to reuse its former archival material if it contains personal data (§ 12 para. 1 sentence 1 Archive Law).
