§ 9 Regulation on the Responsibilities for Expenditure Approvals within the Security Directorate — Jurisdiction within the Juvenile Prosecution Office
1. The Head of the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office is, in addition to § 1, responsible for the approval of
a. * one-time expenditures of more than CHF 20,000 up to CHF 100,000;
b. * recurring expenditures of more than CHF 20,000 up to CHF 75,000.
