§ 4 Regulation on the Responsibilities for Expenditure Approvals in the Security Directorate — Competence within the Civil Law Administration
1. The Head of the Civil Law Administration is, in addition to § 1, responsible for approving
a. * one-time expenditures exceeding CHF 20,000 up to CHF 100,000;
b. * recurring expenditures exceeding CHF 20,000 up to CHF 75,000.
