§ 11 Regulation on the Responsibilities for Expenditure Authorizations in the Directorate of Security · Responsibility within the Public Prosecutor's Office
1. The Head of the Department of the Public Prosecutor's Office shall, in addition to § 1, be responsible for the approval of
a. * one-time expenditures of more than CHF 20,000.- up to CHF 100,000.-;
b. * recurring expenditures of more than CHF 20,000.- up to CHF 75,000.-.
