§ 10 Agreement on Cooperation between the Cantons of Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft in the Recording of Biometric Data for Swiss Passports (Biometric Data Agreement BS-BL) - Infrastructure, Information Security, and Protection of Personal Data

1. For ensuring information security and the protection of personal data processed by the personnel of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft within the premises of the Canton of Basel-Stadt, the responsibility lies with the Canton of Basel-Landschaft.

2. The Canton of Basel-Stadt ensures information security and the protection of personal data at the Spiegelhof location, insofar as this can be influenced by structural measures.

3. The Canton of Basel-Landschaft ensures information security and the protection of personal data processed by the passport office of Basel-Landschaft for Swiss citizens residing in the Canton of Basel-Stadt.
