**1. This Regulation applies to the following units of the Finance Directorate:**

a) Subordinate organizational units,

b) Supervised independent entities responsible for public tasks,

c) Agents who process personal data on behalf of the authority (Art. 16 of the Data Protection Act of February 19, 1986 [KDSG]).

**2. The entitled units, functions, and systems, as well as the functions permitted to apply for the establishment of a user account, are listed for each central personal data collection in the annexes mentioned below:**
