Art. 81 Rules of Procedure of the Grand Council (GO) - Amendments to the Session Program, Joint Deliberation

1. Changes to the session program are possible until the resolution on the session program is made. Thereafter, they require the approval of the Grand Council or, if there is a corresponding joint proposal from the Executive Council and the preparatory committee, the approval of the President of the Grand Council.

2. Items for discussion can be withdrawn by their originator up until the beginning of the discussion in the Grand Council.

3. The Executive Council cannot withdraw items for discussion that it has submitted after the resolution on the session program has been made.

4. Matters can be deliberated on jointly if there is a factual connection.
