The presentation serves to inform about the political objectives pursued by the proposal and the issues it aims to address.

2. The following points should be particularly explained

e *** Relationship to Government Policy Guidelines and Other Important Plans,

f Financial Impacts,

g Personnel and Organizational Impacts,

h Impacts on Municipalities,

i *** Impacts on the Economy,

k *** Outcome of Any Consultation or Feedback Procedure.

3. These provisions apply mutatis mutandis to presentations on Initiatives, Counterproposals, and People's Proposals.
