Art. 52 Rules of Procedure of the Grand Council (GO) · Scope of Application

1. The Deputation Vote applies to resolutions of the Grand Council that particularly affect the Bernese Jura or the French-speaking population of the Biel-Seeland electoral district.

2. It is excluded for resolutions regarding

a) motions for order,

b) conflicts of competence,

c) amnesties or pardons.
