Art. 46 Rules of Procedure of the Grand Council (GO) - Summoning and Organization · Summoning and Organization

1. The commissions are convened by the President of the Commission. The convening takes place for standing commissions at the start of a new term of the Grand Council, and for special commissions after their appointment.

2. The commissions elect a Vice President from among their members. This person assumes the duties of the President of the Commission in case of their absence.

3. The commissions independently organize their work.
