Art. 8 Law on the Great Council (Grand Council Act, GCA) - Swearing-In — Swearing-In

1. Each council member shall take the oath or vow following the official determination of the election result by the Grand Council (Art. 7).

2. Anyone who refuses to take the oath or vow shall forfeit the office.
