Art. 3 Government Council Decision on the Accession to the Execution Agreements between the Cantons of Bern and Jura in Connection with the Transfer of the Municipality of Moutier to the Canton of Jura - Repeal and Removal from the Systematic Compilation of Laws of the Canton of Bern Official ↗

1. This resolution and the implementation agreements listed in Article 1 paragraph 1 shall be repealed in accordance with Article 18 paragraph 2 letter d of the Law of January 26, 2016, concerning the conduct of referendums on the cantonal affiliation of Bernese Jura municipalities (KBJG) and removed from the Bernese Systematic Collection of Laws once the Moutier Concordat and the transfer of the municipality of Moutier to the Canton of Jura have been effectuated.
