Tariff of Fees relating to the Federal Employment Act of 13 March 1964 (Employment Act)

1. In the authorization and approval procedure pursuant to the Employment Act, the following fees shall be charged
1. Plan approval for the establishment or modification of enterprises (Art. 7 and 8)
a) * Enclosed space up to 1,000 m³: CHF 200.-
b) * For each additional 1,000 m³: CHF 75.-

2. * Operating permit (Art. 7), based on effort: CHF 100.- to CHF 2,000.-
3. * Work hours permit (Night work Art. 17, Sunday work Art. 19, temporary continuous operation Art. 24), based on effort: CHF 50.- to CHF 300.-
4. * Permit for the employment of young persons (Art. 30), where under special circumstances (particularly administrative measures) the fee may be waived: CHF 50.-

1. This regulation shall enter into force on January 1, 1985.
2. Upon its entry into force, the regulation of December 30, 1966, regarding the fees to be levied pursuant to the Labor Act of March 13, 1964, shall be repealed.
